Hi! Will Creatine increase fat tissue? - I mean not just eating, but having regular workouts in addition?

Also, i am going 5 times per week to gym. So, going to gym 5 times per week, when I will see first body improvements?

Firstly, am I right that I have Low & Loose Circumcision? In general, the scar is at 5mm from the penis head. When Flaccid and standing at room temperature the penis head is always exposed but the skin a bit falls on, but better to say, just touches the coronary ridge; the sulcus mainly not open if looking downwards, but from the sides it is possible to say that it is semi-open. I had my frenulum removed and the circumcision scar in that area is at less than 5mm from the head (seems to be like that), while at some places in the front of the head the scar is at 7mm at the very most. In general skin never falls below the shape of coronary ridge when standing. Fold of skin in the coronary sulcus area is present (as scar present) and it is probably the same diameter as the corona of the glans. No tension in the shaft skin with No Skin Wrinkles on penis and near corona! Possible to move the skin on the head and cover about 1/3, then pubic area moves too. Anyways, it is not easy to do. When cold practically all the same, just friend decreases in size a bit.

Secondly, will this style (if this is mine) reduce penis sensitivity and pleasure, now I’m 23?

And thirdly, when I wear boxer briefs my penis shrinks a bit so when pulling off the underwear the head sometimes can be about 1/2 covered, but in 5 sec becomes as described above. Is it normal even for circumcised guys? Can it be because I have not big head, especially when shrinked, in comparison to relatively not thin shaft (I’m 5.2 inches circumference when erect)?

I am very curious of what type of circumcision do I have now as of what I found I cannot figure out which type is mine. I have looked a my penis at three different conditions and hope it will help you to help me in decision – I did it when standing; as after wearing boxer shorts or sitting it usually shrinks inside or smth like that so difficult to see real picture. By the way, I consider myself to be grower (sometimes my friend shrinks to 3-4 cm or so:)).

The scar after surgery is located at 5mm from the penis head.

When I am:

1) Flaccid, that’s how my penis looks like when I’m standing at normal room temperature => the penis head (glans) is always exposed, the sulcus usually not open, the remaining skin touches the coronal ridge; the corona and glans are visible and not covered. I need a piece of advice, please suggest something or even help. Well, I am 23 old guy with average body, currently my weight is 69kg and height 177cm. Actually I decided to change my life dramatically and work hard in the gym and seek for a nice body. It is almost 2 weeks I am going to the gym and working hard. I need you help in term of the food diet. I very want to have good result in the future, maybe in 1 year of hard work or maybe even earlier. MY AIM IS TO HAVE LEAN WELL SHAPED MUSCLES – so I want to gain some weight, but not much, and have lean muscles.

I am going 4 times per week. Every my session is about 1.5–2 hours (sometimes longer), where the pure hard work (weights) is about 70% of the whole time in the gym. Also, rarely I go just to have cardio only. I have the correct professional exercise program so I follow it and in addition to that I drink protein shakes – Nutrisport 90+ protein isolate.

Now, the following is my diet. Everyday I eat the same amount and at the same time and the same food as listed below:

Meal 1:

3 eggs

1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup fruit (fresh or frozen)

1 cup fat-free milk

Meal 2:

1 tuna can (120gr drained)

2 cups salad (tomatoes)


1 Tbsp olive oil

1 medium orange

Meal 3:

Sandwich with:


4 oz sliced chicken or lean meat

2 slices whole grain bread

1 Tbsp mayonnaise


Tomatoes

Meal 4 (only on the day of the gym):

1 scoop whey protein isolate powder

1 cup fat-free milk

Meal 5:

4 oz canned salmon 
or chicken or lean meat

1 small baked sweet potato or 1 can of baked beans

2 cups salad (tomatoes)


1 Tbsp olive oil in dressing

Meal 6 (before sleeps, always)

1 scoop whey protein isolate powder

1 cup fat-free milk


1 cup fresh or frozen fruits

1 tsp olive oil

So this is my food per day. Can I get nice body and increase my muscle weight following this diet? Can I achieve good results with this? Any hints? ☺

1) Having penis size of approximately 4.95 inches ± 0.2 inches is it possible to satisfy girl/lady/woman by sexual act itself and have own pleasure? (without using fingers or toys or smth like that)
