There is this girl in my class I'm a senior in high school I noticed that this girl was looking at me in class I sit in the back she sits in the middle she would literally turn her head pretending to play with her hair to look at me after class she would be walking right behind me I would be going to the restroom so was she but the restrooms were right next to each other so.I didn't really make a big deal about it til I seen her do it everytime I wanted to approach her she is very attractive then I finally man ed up and talked to her I asked her for her name I gave her mines we shook hands then I got straight to the point and asked her if she was single she told me she has a boyfriend I was pretty straight forward I wanted to get to the point what I want to know why was she looking at me like this when she has a by her body language was telling for me to approach her I was thinking the next time I see her I would say I'm sorry for the way I approached you the other day I put myself and yourself in a awkward position it's just that when approaching a very attractive girl like yourself I got nervous and didn't say what I initially should have. And I know your in a relationship and I respect that by no means am I trying to ruin it or anything but I think.it's only fair that you should let me get to know you better and you should get to know me better as a person should I say this? What do you make of this whole situation? Should I just move on and give up? Thank you in advance

i have been using Creatine for about three weeks now 5 grams per day i did not load so i know with creatine you have to be hydrated so i have been drinking a gallon of water everyday since i started using creatine i pee a lot now i know its a lot of water i never drunk this amount of water before creatine so i know i will pee more than usually but isn't the creatine suppose to be water retention and go to my muscles now i have gain muscle mass everybody at my school has been telling me i have gotten bigger. When i go to sleep i usually have to wake up at least 3 times at night i try to get at least 6 to 8 hours a sleep per night but i always have to pee at night is it the gallon of water? Is it cause my muscles haven't absorbed the crearine yet will this mess up my muscle growth? Because i know you have to have 6 to 8 hours of sleep i get 8 hours of sleep but i wake up in the middle of the night but i always go back to sleep when will the creatine be saturated in my muscles

did back workouts Tuesday which back workouts lead to using your biceps after doing my back workout the next day my biceps were sore and are still sore now this Thursday I haven't been sore in May bicep area in a while I have been working out for 7 months now and today is a recipe and bicep day so I was wondering since my biceps are sore and a tight feeling when I flex them should I just do triceps then do biceps and shoulders tomorrow? Or should I just do bicep and triceps today

Hi im 5'10 160 pounds pretty skinny ive build some muscle in my arms and chest has got bigger but I want to get bigger I need a new routine to bulk up also bulking up should I just do 3 sets of 6 to 8? I usually do abs after every workout I'm trying to get abs but also trying to bulk up so I'm stuck in between I do legs every other day like squats leg press and calf raises I do that every other day my squat max is 310 right now so how can I bulk up and also get the abs I want I have a bit of lower stomach fat I want to do cardio but if I'm trying to bulk up I shouldn't be doing cardio that's what a personal trainer told me so can you please give me a schedule for bulking up also sets and reps I usually go Monday shoulders and arms Tuesday legs Wednesday chest and back Thursday legs Friday any muscle group except for legs since I did them the day before so can you give a schedule for bulking also should I do abs after every workout? thank you in advance
