I'm 26, he's going on 28. I live with him, another roommate, and my fiance. I'll call this guy friend "Mark". I've known Mark since I was 16 years old. We've been very close friends, but we have never dated. He seemed to develop a crush on me right away back in highschool. I told him then that I wasn't interested in him like that. He's a good guy, but he isn't my type of guy at all. He gets depressed easily and is very codependent and needy.

My problem is that throughout our friendship, he has always been inappropriate with me. He used to caress my legs when I was on the couch (in front of my now ex-bf), slaps my butt at random, and makes comments about my looks. My ex never told him to stop and that relationship lasted six years. So, over time, Mark got worse and worse.

I broke up with my ex and told Mark to cut it out. His behavior was unacceptable. I got with my new guy about 2 years ago. Things have been better, but now I'm recently engaged and Mark has been acting up again.
