how can I report my neighbors it took a long time to write but I'm here not having a good day which I should be because my son is having twins but instead I'm down here in my extra room which is just for me being gassed out of it because the neighbors decided that they weren't going to walk their dogsinstead they decided to let them piss and poo in the basementthen they came up with the bright idea of HosingThe floors after the dogs are done the bad part is the floors and the walls are Cement so the piss is soaking through the walls and coming into my house along with the whole back of my house also being soaked inpiss.what I really want to know is who can I call to report this and have the stopped I don't feel they should have the right to destroy my home with their lazyness.
