I already know that a minor cannot legally smoke cigarettes but I was wondering, can I minor smoke something similar to them such as E-Cigs or Vaps?

I tried researching it myself but I didn't find any straight forward answers..

I honestly feel like I'm a terrible child to my mother. I lay out from school too much, even when I'm not sick, like today. I just oversleep and miss. She has to work so she can't take me. I don't do dishes, I don't clean the house, I don't take the trash out. I don't do anything but sit in my room, watch anime, and play video games. I enjoy this lifestyle but I want to be a better child. My mom has never told me that I am bad, but I think she feels like it. My grades aren't really that good either. I want to be better but it seems like I just can't. I don't have the motivation to do it. I feel like I'm really hurting my mom and that makes me sad. She and my dad raised me in a "Christian home" but they recently divorced because my dad was an abusive, drunk, drug addict. I'm no longer a Christian, I am Pagan, and I feel like that makes her sad to. I'm also being an extremely bad example for my little brother. I just want to know, am I a bad child for doing nothing and getting things? How can I be better while keeping most of my current lifestyle.

Please help me, I'm only 15 and I know that there is time to change.

What would happen, or what do you think would/should happen if someone in Death Note changed their name legally? Would you need to write their original birth name or their new name in the note? What would a Shinigomi see? What if someone's name was written in a note but they changed it before they were supposed to die?

This just sparked in my mind as I was watching Death Note again, while I don't think their is an actual answer for this, your opinion is appreciated :)

I'm a student. Its summer time. I've left my house maybe 10 times MAX in the past 2 months. I avoid talking to family members and often friends. I sleep all day and stay up all night. I feel nauseas often. I feel empty. Like I want to stop going through life. But not like I want to die. Like I want to fall asleep for forever. I feel like I'm searching for something but I'll never find whatever it is. My mom and dad got divorced about a year ago. My grandfather just had a heart attack. I'm in a relationship but I feel unhappy in it. I feel used. I feel uncared for. I've recently had flanctuant interest in my hobbies.I'm in bed a lot. I haven't had a haircut in 3-4 months. Hygein isn't something I've been too worried about. I feel tired and sore all the time. Sometimes but rarely I feel delusional.

Hi! I am 14 years old and I am wanting to START learning graphic design! I know I'm young but whoever said there can't be young design artists? and I figured if I start learning now I will have more knowledge when I take actual classes, right? Does anyone know where I can find simple tutorials on simple free programs? I have a cracked version of PS CS6 but it crashes a lot. Any help/tutorials/tips? Thanks :D <3

I want to get q PC that will be better for gaming but I need a new CPU, Graphics Card and more RAM. Should I spend money for the parts or buy a new PC for $500-$600?
