I think a guy may be interested in me, but I'm unsure. I need help with the signs, so I can make sure he likes me before saying anything to ruin our friendship.

We were together for 9 & 1/2 months. Everything was going great and towards the end we started drifting apart. We talked about it and I got my feelings hurt, but I also understand where he was coming from. All was going well again. My parents never liked him and made it obvious, causing problems between him and I. They somehow convinced me to break up with him and I listened. It's been 2 months and he hasn't left my mind for a second. We went for coffee one day, and things went well. he told me how great I look and we held hands and there was an obvious spark still there. I miss him. I think one reason he doesn't want me back is because of my parents. his mom told me that he still talks and thinks about me all the time. I don't want to have to sneak around behind my parents, and neither does he. We both agree that's immature. Suggestions please on any of this.
