Im working on a teams scorecard using excel and the data are available in MS Excel and its quite unorganized not to mention that the grades/averages are not accurate due to bugs in excel. What other programs or database can I use to have all the data in excel compiled.

I was asked for this problem at work which i really don't have any idea

How to change the color of text for this problem:

For the list of numbers in a row if the number is below 8 the background should be automatically change to yellow

Ex

Our company has opened two different positions and i want to apply on both positions I was having doubts on what is more appropriate... To send each application letter and resume to the same HR manager for the positions??? or just indicate in the application letter im planning to apply for both position and attache one resume??? which is more appropriate and professional? thnx

Im using a Sis Ethernet Contoller but everytime I try to connect via wired from other network (public) i have to set my speed an duplex to 10mbps it alwys work but i dont know how it works can someone enlighten me
