I'm 16 years old I live in the states (Florida) and I want to get my collar bone pierced on one side. Do I need a parent to go with me or can I just go with a friend? And about how much do they cost? An do you think they look good? Personally I think they look beautiful!

I got sunburn from the beach then I was outside a lot the next day and made it worse on my thighs and now it's kinda purple and that's not good ahhhh help
