  • How can congress pass this health care bill?

I'm not going to go into whether or not his bill is needed or blah blah blah blah blah.. My question is in the constitution it specifically lays out what powers congress does and does not have... No where does it say that congress has the ability to nationalize an industry. How are they legally allowed to do this?

  • What could cause these problems?

My truck is doing some weird thing. It a 1988 Ford F-250. When I lower the open my toolbox(located in the bed of the truck behind the cab) my right blinker comes on in the front only not in the back. It will blink until I close my toolbox. Also if i put the truck in park the horn comes on which is really irritating. I have to put it in neutral and get out and block my wheels.

I Have no idea what could be causing this I would appreciate any suggestions.

  • I need help with an oil leak?

Okay I have a 1988 Ford F-250, 5.8l, 3/4 ton, 2WD. The engine is leaking oil on the passenger side below the valve covers. It uses a lot of oil but I couldn't tell how until I saw oil drip on the catalytic converter. I can't physically see the leak. I can only see it dripping. It only leaks when hot and I don't really want to stick my hand in where the hot oil is dripping on the scorching metal. It seems to leaks towards the back of the engine right next to the oil pan Any ideas? If not how could i check and see where the leak is without burning myself.

  • Engine coolant leak.?

The leak is on a 1988 ford f250. The leak is pretty fast and will drain my coolant in about 5-10 minutes. I discovered the leak after driving my truck about 3 miles. I noticed the engine was warmer than normal. when I came to a stop it was obvious that the engine was severely overheating. I got some water put in the radiator and got it home. I took a look under the truck and there is a leak on the passenger side of he engine. I cant find the starting point. The water is dripping off directly below the exhaust manifold. It is the mid to rear part of the engine where I can see the water. Any ideas on what might be leaking?

  • What could be wrong with my transmission?

My truck is a 1988 Ford F-250 5.8L with 260,000 miles on it. Automatic transmission

The problem I am having is when cold starting the truck it starts fine except it will not shift into drive. Reverse works perfectly. When the truck runs for a few minutes it will shift into drive with no problems. After warming you can turn the truck off and back on and it shifts perfectly it goes smoothly through all gears and never slips out of drive. I have checked fluid levels and they were fine. The color and smell of the fluid was good also. What could possibly be wrong? I was maybe thinking it could be the shifting linkage... i looked it over and it doesn't appear loose or damaged.
