I am a teenager and I am getting ready to start an odd jobs business. I will probably hire a few people to help me and I have a few tax questions I would like to ask.

*What paperwork do I have to file with the IRS since I am starting a business, if any?

*What is my business's minimum net income before I have to file taxes?

*How much do I have to pay out in employment paychecks before I have to file taxes and what paperwork needs to be completed first?

*What is my maximum income that I don't have to pay taxes on?

And please include stuff about paperwork that needs to be completed for the above questions.

I sell candy and gum at school. I need to buy it in bigger quanities and need to buy a whole lot more different types of candy than what I have now. How do I get my parents to approve so that I can buy more flavors and more at one time?

P.S. I have never asked my parents' approval but I need to know if they will approve first so I don't get in trouble for doing it in the past.
