1) Do staff under unlimited contract still receive an employment ban even with NOC provided?

2) Are there any extra financial compensations for staff as per the Law (aside of contractual clauses)

We all know that Law exists in UAE, and especially that it changes when it have to.... Why this time when all tenants have their contracts in hands are asked to move out within couple of days time from their Emaar apartments as it was the order from the government. Since when people have no right even they hold a legal document that proves opposite...

And guess what...the nearby similar apartments are now maximizing their value as they know that same 60 sixty people would just take any just to move ASAP. Im confused because there is no explanation neither the reimbursement...

Further to H difficulty to get in touch with concerned people in AUH Ministry and my struggles with AUH and DXB Authorities, I was wondering if they really want to employ emiratis, they have more than enough jobs that they could fit it.

There are many things that they need to change from:

- answering the phone call (it could take you 1 month to get just one information as they will be sending you from one department to another);

- quality of service (either they would say i don't know or they will just transfer the call where no one answers, or where person is not in the office 24/7);

-efficiency while dealing with people (they are not possessing enough informations for their jobs);

-speed of getting the informations (might take its sweet time as the people at the desk are quiet busy chatting to each other or on the phone);

-visiting the departments/ministries/authorities (if you just ask anything on English, they would just say sorry no english)even the position is customer related not only for arabic speakers;

I was wondering if Government really want to help its country to succeed, should at least employ right people on right positions and to train them for future. These young people looking for work need some courage, and these people on positions should think to rearrange the positions and give right values to right people. At least call center agent everyone could be

Many times I want to ask Islamic related question, I check couple of questions, couple of answers, .......and I give up. That is such a mess, that sometimes i think are there that many Islam haters.

That is just impossible that in one section rules that much hate and ignorance.
