My new cholesterol report came back - not good. So now I'm taking Zocor and trying to watch my fat intake. So I'm trying to eat more lean meat, and good carbs and avoiding fatty meats, cheese, nuts etc. So what is the problem? Well now the nurse called me and said I also have low blood sugar and I need to eat small meals with more proteins like meat, cheese and nuts (which contain the fat that is killing me) I do I find a healthy mid ground where I can lower my cholesterol and keep my blood sugar stable.

Yesterday, I answered some idiot who said he had thrown 3 firecrackers in his dog's house, dog ran, got hit by car and was now trying to make the idiot feel bad and embarrassed by dragging his hind legs. The idiot did not want to waste money on the vet. I went to see if my answer posted and I can't even find the question anymore. Did anyone else happen to see and answer that question?
