"Format of Entries

There are no restrictions to the manner of production, but entries must be submitted for judging in JPEG format.

Manuscript size at time of production: greater than 650 dpi recommended, width: 230mm to 260mm, height: 330mm to 360mm

Data format for submission: JPEG files compressed using ZIP

Manuscript size for submission: Around 100 dpi with an RGB profile saved as JPEG files. Height and width should be approximately 1200 x 800 pixels.

File name : The file name of the JPEG files shall be alphanumeric (or half size-kana) names with a three-digit page number. (e.g. testmanga001.jpg, testmanga002.jpg)

What I don't get is that they said there are no restrictions in the production, then they've stated the production paper print out size with the word "recommend" which gets me every time then they've stated the submission page size.

Which one exactly is it? I've done with 1200 x 1800 but the size is too small? o: It's bothering me a lot!

I have been through a lot of gruesome situations but right now I'd like to discuss this thing which I can't actually figure out what to call.

I have been in a relationship, a long distance relationship, for a year now. We tend to have some arguments which do effect me a lot but I tend to ignore them for the sake of our love because I clearly do have strong feelings for him. But for a while I've been feeling really depressed, at nights I can't sleep without either crying or thinking of how hard life is. I can't put my finger around it that if I'm the problem or what.

It's been a really difficult time for me because I love him but I have started to feel so sad and I cry at most of the things.

In 2008,my step father shot my mother because he was drunk and due to that my mother filed a complaint against him and she still possesses the complaint file.

Second, we left in 2009 and came back in 2010 because the fight issue was resolved but then my step father took our green cards because he was also an applicant for a green card but my aunt who helped us with our green cards cancelled his green card. So I guess because he was quite furious about that and it was in his personality for not to accept the mistakes which he makes and did not agree to what he had done and wanted his green card so he could live abroad so probably due to that he hid our green cards and passports etc. My mother thought to make a last visit there but this situation occured and we could not return. In January 2013, I finally accomplished to find our green cards and after a little while he was immensely drunk, we changed houses and my mother went to the police station to get protection and because of that she had to state whatever he had done.

I wanted an opinion if they will accept this or not? Though the events did take place and are not some made up story.

Whenever I try to download something like a theme to it or an app it always downloads a file in CRX and then the page says "An error occured; Reload or Cancel".

Would the graphic card work good enough to give good quality graphics?

More questions, will the laptop meet the requirements of Skyrim since I've seen people having lots of problems with Win8 so should I change it to Win7?

I was filling out a SB-1 form and they have asked for "Port of entry".

It may be a bit idiotic of me to ask this but exactly what is the port of entry and where is it "written"?

My question is that I have a permanent resident green card. It hasn't hit it expiry date (December 2018) but I haven't visited U.S.A for 3 years and haven't stayed for 2 years in order to get a passport. What I'm asking is, if my green card hasn't expired and I didn't visit for 3 years, what should I do? I want to go back within 2-3 months and I'm in Pakistan currently. Should I file an I-90 form but my card hasn't expired as mentioned or not?
