  • Can you have gallbladder disease/inflammation without having gallstones?

Nearly everyone in my family has had their gall bladder removed. My Mom, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Since I was an infant, I have had nausea with high fat foods. Lately, I feel nauseated every time I eat. I have pain in the upper right side of my abdomen/ribcage. I DON'T have gall stones and the Dr. thinks I'm crazy. I'm not pregnant, and it's not my appendix. Can you have inflammation of the gall bladder without having stones?

  • Imminent Domain; Who gets the money?

The southern border of my property is being taken by the city for utilities. It's a significant piece of land, because I had 4 acres, but they are taking 0.88 of an acre. Who gets the money? Me or my mortgage company?

  • Who gets the money for imminent Domain by utility company? Me or my mortgage?

The southern border of my property is being taken by the drinking water/sewer utility company. I have 4 acres, about 1 1/2 acre wide. I knew the city utility was coming when I purchased the property almost two years ago. I am happy about that. However, I was unaware the utility company is going to pay me for my property! They want a 15 ft. wide strip the entire length of my property, which is about 1 1/2 acre long. This works out to a substantial 0.88 acres. Property in my area sells for about 10K an acre.

Who gets the money? Me or the bank holder of my mortgage? Thank you for your help.
