just colored my hair a cool dark blonde. hate it. how soon can i re-color to a warm dark blonde?

Does anyone know how much a taxi ride from Union Station in DC to the Ballston area in Arlington, VA might cost?

My daughter is 11 and is going into middle school. She has long, very long hair that is straight and all one length. She plays a lot of sports so it is convenient just to be able to pull her hair into a ponytail.

She wants a new updated more stylish cut for school and wants to cut it so it is just under her shoulder blades, still long but not very, very long.

Does anyone have any ideas, pictures of styles like the one she wants?

Do you think it would be an easy style for her? And she must be able to pull it up for her sports.

O.K. There are questions that you want other people's input, opinions, first hand experiences and advice about, but there are so many questions here that could easily be googled by the asker themselves to get the answer!

Why don't they just do the googling themselves?

Do you notice how condescending she is when she does her valley girl speak? It drives me crazy when Elizabeth or Sherri are talking about popular movies or tv shows and Whoopi shows her contempt of the shows by acting all dumb. (I am no way a fan of Elizabeth's but I too enjoy American Idol)

I passed a woman in the store who smelled amazing. Her perfume was light, soft and clean smelling. Not flowery or heavy. Does anyone know of any perfumes that are like that? It was light but strong enough for me to notice and for it to linger in the air a bit.

I keep getting anti Obama joke emails from a Republican friend. Does anyone have any good current Republican jokes I can bombard her with? Cartoons, jokes, etc.

What a crazy show!

I have a card at a favorite restaurant where when I accumulate 100 points, I receive a gift card for $10. I took my sister and her teenage daughter for dinner a while ago and we talked about what a great deal it was. Well, the next time they went there for dinner alone, they put their points on my card (by using my name). That was nice of them, except that was the day the card earned the $10 gift certificate. It can't be used the day you get it, so instead of giving the card to me, they used it the next time they were there together. I didn't know until I once again treated them to dinner there and they giggling and happily told me about it. I didn't say anything to them but I felt a rush of anger. I treat them to dinner every now and then and they take $10 from me? I don't want to sound petty, but I felt a bit mad and used. Would you feel mad? (they have the opportunity to sign up for the card themselves and earn their own points.)

I thought I could put games on it, but I can't?

I am going on a trip and hope to have some games on it to play on the plane by then. Is it possible?

I have heard people talking about jailbreaking it? I don't know what that is and does it ruin the it?
