She has found out that him and I have past history. (I am married now). When she found out, she made things really difficult in the office. I approached her and said we needed to chat, but she refused. I approached my manager and he obviously had a word with her as she was a little bit nicer for a while.

Since then, she makes me feel very uncomfortable. She will chat and laugh with everyone, but never will initiate conversations with me. Wont even say good morning or goodbye. If I approach her and ask her a question she will answer, But that is it. It leaves me feeling very stressed as ex doesn't help either, as he is the same way with me.

I was recently admitted to hospital with problems with my heart. stabilised now and with drugs, getting back to normal. I work for a small firm and have a good relationship with the owner, but neither him or the manager have enquired on how I am. I am most hurt

I recently was admitted to hospital, as I had chest pains and irregular heart beat. A team of 5, kept pumpting me with drugs, until it all settled and I was kept in the CCU for observations and other tests. Then I was sent home for further rest. I am now ready to return to work on Monday, but I am very hurt by the way my boss and manager have been. Neither of them have rung or text me, to enquire on my health. I truly feel a worthless member of the team

But the airline has come back with an excuse that we weren't told about at the time, but which gets them off the hook.

My mobile was broken, and received a replacement today, from my insurance co. I now have a nokia 800, which has the mini sims inside them. Only thing is that there wasnt a new sim card in the box? should they supply the sim with the phone or do you buy them seperately???

Hubby and I are going to book first two weeks in Sept, for our holiday this year. We are pondering, and each time we look at something different we like that more lol.

We want a beach with golden or white sands. Not too loud but not too quiet either. We may go all inclusive, or half board. anywhere in the med. or maybe the Caribbean.

Also would love to go somewhere where its not a rip off. like spain.

I have nearly completed chapter one, and am in the cranking up and pressing down. have dodged all the pounding fists, ok, but have dropped down and a lot of the enemies are attacking, its almost impossible to get past them all. there are the bolterflies, and insidious ruins, but there is one of the large insidious ruins, that wont be killed for love nor money. how can i do it pls, any ideas

hubby and i like to just go off sometimes for a couple of nights, take a good book or two, and read, walk etc, we are saving for a cruise, so we would be grateful if anyone can suggest a travelodge, which is a nice position. ie. countryside, seafront area.

We like to go off for weekends, as we both work full time in quite stressful jobs. When away camping we can unwind, read our books and forget about work. But the poor summer this year has hindered this.

We have thought about packing up and getting the ferry (we live near dover) and driving as far south as we can, to get to the sunshine. Suggestions anyone to how far we would need to go. We have considered Barcelona area of Spain, but only for a weeks stay, a bit far to travel for a long weekend. lol

My daughter gained her degree last year. In English Literature. Had a gap year while she decided for certain what she would do with it. Now, after working for 6 months in marketing, has decided that Teaching is for her and so has applied for a place on course for a pgce (i think thats the term) where she will gain her teacher status while working in a secondary school. She will prob have to wait until next Sept now, but is desperately trying to get a placement in a school, as she has been told she needs to have this in place, before she will be accepted onto the course.

She approached someone today, who teaches at a special school, (for kids that wont go to normal school for whatever reason, and goes to one of those set up ones, where they are allowed to decide whether to go or not) She is a fully qualified teacher. She told my daughrter, that though she would love to offer her a placement, she cant, as she can only take someone that is already accepted on the pgce course. so can anyone tell me how she can poss get on the course if she has to have the placemtn, and cant get the placement if she hasnt been accepted on the course
