Iv had 2 loans so far both over $1000. and both were paid back on time with no problems.

Iv been having an ongoing battle with Sprint over a ridiculous bill they sent me where they claim I sent over 500 text messages in 2 days when my phone didnt even have a battery. And from that point on I refused to pay it, said I would not continue my contract which was up the following month to which they then chose to close my account with out my permission and charge me an additional $185 termination fee. But that really doesnt apply to this I suppose.

So my question is, how come the good loans do not appear on my credit report, nor does the one contract I had with sprint prior to that which was fine and paid fully, while the one negative does? Why do creditors only choose to report the bad and how are you ever supposed to build credit if they dont report when you do what you were supposed to? How do they get away with that?

I left the lights on and after 4 hours the car was completlly dead. Someone told me that my battery must be week, because it usually takes longer, Does anyone know how long a cars battery will usually last if you leave the lights on?
