A company incurred expenses of planning the construction of a new building. After they incurred expenses of engineering , blueprints etc... they stopped the process. About a year later they began the process again. Can the expenses from the first planning session now be written off or do those expenses get added on to the the expenses currently being incurred and ultimately be included in the cost of construction?

As a Redskins fan, I can never bring myself to root for the Cowboys to win but it would help the Redskins out the most in the standings. What do you think?

I have seen a similar question about this game. The majority of the answers given say the Browns have no chance to win this game. I have also seen questions about the Giants being the best team in the league. Many people have said the Giants haven't played anyone yet so how can you say they are the best. The game brought up the most was that the Giants struggled to beat the Bengals at home having to win in overtime. However, the lone win for Cleveland was in a game at Cincinnati which they won 20-12.

That being said, how can anyone say that Cleveland has no chance to win this game considering they are coming off the bye and have had 2 weeks to prepare.

They may have won the game yesterday but they did not look good at all. Now they travel to the desert to take on Arizona. The Cards will eat them alive if they have another performance like that.

I think they should have 4 wildcards per conference and get rid of the bye week for the 1st 2 seeds. They are already rewarded by getting a home playoff game.

You would then have a 1 vs. 8, 2 vs. 7, 3 vs. 6 & 4 vs 5 setup on wildcard weekend.
