My computer will connect to my wireless network, but it will not to connect to the internet. I tried to ping it via the command prompt as well and I got "request timed out". How do I fix this?

I'm only 18 and I've never lived outside of my parent's house before. But I really want to move to Boston. I know everyone is going to view this as an immature little kid wanting an escape, but please don't. I'm asking for help. Anyone who has moved there or anyplace else similar, can you give me the 411? I really need to know what I need, and what I'm in for.

If your iPod deletes all of the music off of itself because it messed up somehow, if within 24 hours you dip it in water it will fix itself. How did this rumor get started?? I heard it on the radio this morning; the host was POSITIVE it was true and would work. Shed some light on this for me :]

I'm having a party ON Halloween at a park in my neighborhood. There's gonna be I don't know how many kids there, but I wanted some ideas for Halloween games that we can play that don't involve drinking, as there's gonna be parents/younger siblings there tagging along. Ok, I'm on my wireless router webpage, now how do I set it to password protected?

I have a linksys (WRT54G) wireless router, which was originally password encrypted, and I reset it. I want to know how to set up the name and re-set up a password. If anyone can help, please please please answer this. (My mom is mad and says that if I can't re-password it by tonight she's gonna take my computer away.)

I heard this some years ago in school; it's from the 90's I think. It's country-ish, kind of easy. It's a male singer talking about his girl, and there's something about rain being like confetti or looking like confetti falling from the sky. I'm sorry, I know this is vague but if you know the song I'm talking about you should be able to answer this question.

The song is called "Cherry Pie". I saw it on Guitar Hero 2 when I was playing it, but I don't remember the band's name. If you aren't familiar with the game, I can at least tell you the generic sound of the band. It's like Lynyrd Skynyrd mixed with ACDC...kinda...Oh well. Some of the chorus lyrics go "She's my cherry pie.../A cool drink of water, such a sweet surprise/.../sweet cherry pie". I'm afraid that's all the information I have! Oh, and if you all wouldn't mind giving me the lyrics along with the band's name, that would probably guarantee a best answer and would be much appreciated! Thanks!!
