I am a literature major at my university and just recently lost my fiancé due to unpleasant circumstances. Because of this loss I have been struggling with a project (To write a fiction story that is to be turned in to my professor in two months.) I have no concept and would like suggestions. Please?

I always seem to really overestimate the girls I date. One moment they seem intelligent and fun, the next they are losing their minds because I did not text them good morning. I have dated roughly twelve girls in my twenty years and despite my caution, I always end up regretting the money, stress, and time spent on the situation. Any suggestions on how to find a girl who is fun loving, smart, and not going to lose her mind on me over something irrational?
