  • A question about marrying in China, Japan, Korea, or anyother asian Country and visa?

I love the beauty of Asian women. I love all the countries in Asia and South East Asia. Well there are a couple I don't like. But the ones I like!

China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, South Korea, Burma (myanmar), Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka. I do not care for western asian countries.

I love the cultures of the countries, and amazed. I want to move to one of these countries, and get married and have a family.

What I am asking you the reader to help me with, is any information, on the easiest of these countries to get married, live, and work in. I think the Philippines is a great country because people speak english and the women are amazingly beautiful, but if you work there then you do not get paid well, and I think your still not able to become a resident. I think you still have to do the visa run thing.. but I am not sure..

I do not mind learning a new language, and adapting to a new culture, but I don't want to look for my future bride, in a country that will not accept me. So if anyone knows where the easiest country to get married in and be able to stay there and not get a visa every 30 or 90 days would be a great help..This will help narrow my search down.

Also the type of work I can do is teach english.. Yeah I have a BA in Business but teaching english is something that I see a lot of Americans doing and there are a lot of jobs in Asian countries to do that, with the exception of the Philippines..

Thanks for any input and help..

  • Book about last people on earth?

Does anyone know of books that tell a story about the last person on earth, or maybe some people left but not many. Kind of like the movie I am legend without the monsters. I am looking for just end of man kind.. but with a few people, not mutation, or living underground because of nuclear stuff. Do you know any books, movies, or anything like that?

  • unemployment time frames and length?

Hello I am just curious if anyone knows how unemployment works. I started a job and went to training for the job. I was being paid $10 an hour but when I finished the first week they gave us a test and I got 76% on it. You had to pass with a 80%, so then they let me go. I have only been with the company for a week and they fired me, can I collect unemployment benefits? And if I can how much will it be? Also if I am able to and found a Part time Job 20 hours a week $10 an hour will I lose the benefits?

    Thanks

  • American living and working in India?

I am American and I want to move to India. I have worked in a call center here in the US for 8 years and enjoy the work. But now I want to move to India. I know there are a lot of jobs in call centers there but the pay seems very small 15,000 = 300 usd. I know the cost of living is cheaper there but I still can't figure how a person can live on $300 a month. I do not need to live in a nice place. I want to live a middle class life in India. Does anyone know of any information on the cost to live in India and the amount of money a person can live a medium life there. I do not need to have all the things I had here in the US. I can go to check my e-mail at a cafe once a week, and go out to dinner once a week. and just make friends, learn the culture, and just have fun for a few years.. Any knowledge please let me know.. thanks..

  • Enlisted Going to School become an officer?

Ok this may be a long question so I am sorry up front..

I have a high school diploma and I am going to enlist in the Army. I do not have any college classes. I got a 65 on my asvab and want to make a career out of the Army. I am 33 years old so I will be a late starter. My question is.... If I enlist now without any college credits, will I be able to get a BA degree while active duty and move into officer training after 4 or 5 years. Also will the Army pay for my college while I am Active duty.. I do not know what field I want to be in but i am thinking about Human Resource but I also want to fight for my country, so the second part of my question is if I start out in a combat MOS will I be able to move to a HR MOS and how easy is it to do that.. Thank you for your help..

  • Major Overseas Army Bases?

I am having trouble finding army bases overseas. Is there a list of bases and MOS that may be stationed there. Also what are the major Army Bases overseas. I will be going to basic training soon and would like to be stationed overseas but I would like to research some of the bases so that I can have a little bit of a choice. I do not care where it is but would rather be close to a big city and have a lot of MOS choices. I have not chosen one yet but I am waiting to do the research on them. But to make this long post end, if anyone has information on major Overseas Army Base I could use the help. Thanks
