Hi, I'm Mac; I'm from the Metro Boston area, USA; and have lived all over the states... I'm now living in Puerto Rico & lovin' it! Feel free to hit me up for questions, or just to chat! I specialize in Computers, Dogs & everyday common sense! I've been around the world a few times, and have experienced a lot... I'd be happy to share that with you, and I'm also not afraid to admit when I don't know... something that often scares me about people; the inability to admit their limitations!
Anyone know of an economical motorcycle shipper, from US to PR?
I am looking for a good auto transporter, who can ship a motorcycle from the states to Puerto Rico, and not charge me an arm and a leg! any help would be greatly appreaciated!

5 AnswersFriends1 decade agoWhat are your thoughts on the movie, Leatherneck?
As a combat veteran myself, I thought it was an outrageous lie! I was not a Marine, but, while serving in the 82d Airborne, I had the opportunity to train with, and observe Marines in action. In no experience of mine would ANY soldier or Marine, behave the way those actors portraying our young men in uniform did! I thought it was disgusting, irresponsible, and disrespectful; especially to our men serving in harm's way.
2 AnswersMilitary1 decade agoAnyone remember the wood weapon used by the main character in Tom Clancy's Net Force?
I read the book years ago, and while talking with a friend about it, we brought up that wooden walking stick, but I could not remember the details, and don't want to dig up that book and read it again, just to know this. Thanks in advance, for any help in the area.
I'm not even certain of what area to put this in...
1 AnswerTrivia1 decade agoWhere was the Chupa Cabra seen?
OK, this is partly a joke... I saw a TV show last year, about the mayor (Alcalde) of a Puerto Rican town, pleading for help for his people, becuase the Chupa Cabra stalked the people and animals of this town... does anyone remember where this town was located? Now that I live in Puerto Rico, I have to go there!
9 AnswersMythology & Folklore1 decade agoI saw a small mammal in PR that looked like a river rat, only smaller, can anyone help identify it?
I recently relocated to Puerto Rico, and while on the north-eastern coast, at a restaurant, I spotted a pair of mammals, larger than a squirrel, but smaller than an otter. I believe it to be amphibious. It was dark brown (almost black, as it also looked wet), with a large hairless tail, like a rat, but was NOT a rat. Can anyone help identify this creature? Lead me to a website, to see photos? One person in my group suggested it was a 'Puerto Rican Squirrel', but my investigation has shown there are no such creatures here. I do know that mongoose where brought here many years ago, to help with rats in the Suger plantations, but both are long gone (rats & mongoose).
