I smoked a few cigarettes like 5-10 IN THE LAST MONTH AND HAD A HOOKAH session with a few friends and also a little beer like a litre bottle .

Recently I noticed I had a kind of hoarseness or soreness in my throat , is it possible I managed to elicit cancer? I completely quit smoking it has been around a month now and I havnt touched any alcohol or cigarettes etc since

hi , I was treated like crap my entire childhood .

my mother and father took every opportunity to remind me of how stupid or worthless I was , I never made good grades because I always felt so down and they used it as a reason for more abuse.

right now my life is in kind of turmoil

and I want to know if what I do is right or not.

I keep mostly to myself , too shy and insecure to talk to girls (kinda afraid I might make a fool of myself).

I watch anime in my spare time.

if and when violence is instigated against me I retaliate without hesitation (kept me alive so far)

recently I started lashing back at my parents and sibling brother with very violent death threats , physical blows etc.

it's not like I like violence or anything ,I'm peaceful by nature and love to keep friends (which I never accomplish)

so far I just want to know am I wrong in being violent?

the other day I logged into you tube and I saw this horrifying video bout Chinese people and japnese skinning animals alive.

And then I saw the butchering of dogs god I can't believe that Satan had his roots so deep. I've been sick for weeks now and the thought of meat makes me want to beat up the son of a bch who even remotely hints to it. I havnt had meat since.
