  • How long will James O'Keefe go to Prison for phone tapping?

On January 25, 2010, James O'Keefe along with 3 others was arrested by U.S. Marshals for allegedly trying to interfere with the phones of the New Orleans office of Senator Mary Landrieu. All four were charged with entering federal property under false pretenses with the intent of committing a felony pursuant to 18 USC Sections 2, 1036, and 1362. If convicted, O'Keefe could face a maximum 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. Assuming he gets the maximum sentence, is that long enough for a crime like this?
