  • What exercises and classes to tone up your stomach and body?

    I am overweight but I am starting to lose the weight by exercising and eating right. I have have 3 c-sections and my recent one was 9 months ago. My stomach is saggy/hangs down I am 5 foot tall my goal is to be 130 pounds but no lower than 120 pounds so my weight loss goal is 70-80 pounds. I am needing some help on what exercises or even classes to take at the Ymca to tone my stomach cause i do not want to have the tummy tuck surgery. In school i was always in shape, sports, etc. Please help or give advice on this thank you
