I am far behind in my payments to credit cards and they are garinshing my wages now that I am back to work.I have talked with a debt releif but they needed so much money that I did not make that in a month and it was only for 18 months.Could anyone give me some advice to where I can get some information to take care of these debts?

My son is looking for a home loan and he is self-employed.Are there any mortgage companied that specialize in 1st time home buyers that are self-employed?

I have not a clue which way to turn so I need all the advice I can get.We have been married for 25 years.I caught my husband cheating with an old girlfriend from high school in the summer of 2007.I decided to give our marriage another try,and the outcome is not good.He does not care about my feelings at all.He doesn't want to di anything with me or cares about my feelings.I have been without a job since March of last year so I am still on unemployment.I still make my share of the bills.On our 25th anniversary he didn't even acknowledge it.My grandson,who is 16 has been staying with us short term as his dad is fixing his room.(My son is from a previous)and the other night my grandson came from the shower singing and my husband hollered to him and said shut the f--- up.Told him that he should be at his home and not here.I am very close with my grandson,as his mother and my son were never married and he has just in the last 2 years has been living with his father before that he has spent every summer and week end with me or his father.I need to move on,but I have no money to even start a life on my own,and I guess I am scared to.Does anyone out there have advice as to where to start?

My daughter-in-law bought a used Tahoe in Minnesota and at the used car dealers lot,the window would not roll up, the gentleman said that it was just froze.It did roll up before we left.Now 2 weeks after it was purchased,she needs a motor for the window,also it needs points and plugs and a new alternator.My question is,does the seller at the lot have to be liable for these and does Mn have a law that states that a buyer has 30 days after purchase to take these issues to the seller?

I did not realize that World Winner turned all you're winnings into the IRS. Has anyone ever had to pay taxes on all the games you have won and the monies that you have won? I have actually put more money in the account than I have ever taken out.Do they tax you on all games won,and can you deduct you're losses.I have quit playing on this site,even though I enjoyed it. I have lost my job,due to lack of work.I was staying current until this misfortune.I had tried a debt company and they were charging ungodly prices to settle my debts(that do exceed over twenty thousand with all the interest)I have checked into filing bankruptcy,but that is so overwhelming.My unemployment will be running out soon and I cannot find a job that will even come close to what I would have to pay on my bills.Any suggestions will surely be appreciated.Thank You

Why do men think they can cheat and then when you give them another chance.they treat you like you were the one that did wrong?

my mother passed away in2004. In 2003 she had a quit claim deed leaving the house to me and my sisters and brothers. My son said she also left it to him in 2000. I had called the court house and they said that the house is our name, that it had been filed with the death certificate and that the one she had made in 2000 was void. My son is being very greedy over this and has gone against my parents wishes, that were to keep the house in our family and has rented it out the past 3 yrs to other people. My son was with a girl he was dating and her sister,and had been drinking,when they left the bar the girl he waas dating wanted to go to her exs to get her divorce papers to show my son. She was pulled over and given a dwi. My son now recieved a court date for aiding and abitting as the girl said they made her drive. Has anyone ever heard of this type of conviction as everyone we have talked to has never heard of this.So if this is possible,should all bartenders be aiding if someone gets a dwi Thanks
