Wow, Biden as Obama VP? What is Obama thinking?
So sad... Didn't he say all Convenient store people spoke with an Indian accent? And he said Obama was a black who was "Clean and articulate" but didn't have enough experience?
8 AnswersElections1 decade agoI need suggestions for a Background song for a video production.?
The video is going to be dedicated to our troops in Iraq. It looks like they have won the war and will be coming home soon. This will be a high budget, "Thank You" video to be played at "NON-PARTISAN" events. The winner will be credited on the video.
Leave your politics at home... this is not your forum. Politically motivated selections will automatically be rejected.
We are looking for unique songs of "Thank you". All genres of music will be accepted but we prefer unique songs.
1 AnswerOther - Music1 decade agoSerious people only. The debate after the VA Tech is to ban guns. I submit this guy was a hardcore gamer.?
I think the writting on his arm and the return address on his "manifesto" was his on-line gaming alias. (1st person shooter game)
Now we have a problem, do we ban guns or video games, or both?
1 AnswerOther - News & Events1 decade agoVA Tech Murder. What game was he playing?
The politicians and talkshow host are clueless. They are talking about the writing on his body and Islamic phrase. However he was just a nut who played too many on-line 1st shooter games. The writting was probably his on-line gaming alias. His manifesto will probably be quotes from an on-line game. Again, my question is what video game did he play? I know there is someone who gamed with him?
8 AnswersMedia & Journalism1 decade agoThe cost of a massacre?
I know there is a formula to predict life in the universe. I wonder if there is one that measures the impact of society on death of an individual. Take VA Tech, the following person died:
Kevin Granata
Granata, a professor of engineering science and mechanics, served in the military and later conducted orthopedic research in hospitals before coming to Virginia Tech, where he and his students researched muscle and reflex response and robotics.
The head of the school's engineering science and mechanics department called Granata one of the top five biomechanics researchers in the country working on movement dynamics in cerebral palsy.
Now I don't know this person. The loss of him is immeasurable to his loved ones. I wonder if there is anyway to measure his loss on society.

Is Ann Coulter a guy? She's lost points with me.

Even Libs can appreciate the difference.

14 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoAmerica 2009?
1st: Assume this be the most nasty & dirty election in all of American History? (For Both parties) i.e. Hillary vs Obama, Edwards & Rudy vs Rom, Mcain etc. Nader as Independent.
2nd: Assume Bush will attack Iran before the end of his term; and the new President will have to deal with that.
Opinions please. To me it seems as if we are running up to the most historic and meaningful elections our country has ever faced.
What is your vision of America in 2009?
9 AnswersElections1 decade agoIs Yahoo Answer being abused?
I am seeing more and more questions that seem like "Homework" questions for kids. I grew up in the day of reading books. Are we letting kids cheat by answering their questions? Should Yahoo, have a minimum age requirement to post?
7 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoI am starting a financial planning business, I need a creative name suggestion to call it.?
Something sophisticated and catchy. A name that would make people say, I wonder what they do?
