I had a pretty... rough night the other night and now my neck is covered in bruises. They're not hickeys, just bruises from really hard biting. Nothing will cover them up and I've tried every trick in the book. I'm 19 and I feel like I look like a middle schooler who got her neck sucked off. I live in Florida, so scarves and turtlenecks are not an option.

I'm just curious to know your opinions on bruised necks and what you'd think if you saw someone with one.

That is the exact email I received, but the problem is, I don't have and can't afford nice black pants. I have one nice black skirt, but it's just above the knee. Could I wear that if I bought leggings to go underneath? And what exactly qualifies jeans as being "nice?" The only jeans I have are a light blue but without any holes and aren't worn.

Ugh, I just don't know what to do. Help?

I am a part of To Write Love On Her Arms and we are hosting a charity event. I know it is probably very far fetched, but we would love to have a famous band play at our event. Do you think it would be possible to have them come out for free if they supported the cause? Or should I just give up? Because I definitely cannot afford like $30,000.

I understand how to do it, I'm just wondering, can you write about two opposing views (such as nature vs nurture in my case) and in the end state that your thesis is you believe they are both correct? Or would you have to pick one or the other for argument's sake?

It always starts the disk check and then says that a software change is stopping it from finishing, so I should do a system restore. The problem is that when I try to do a system restore, it says the disk needs to be checked, so I run disk check and it says that it cannot be checked while in use, so to schedule it for the next reboot. This brings me right back to my original problem :( Any ideas?

I have a 32GB iPod Touch. Then it tells me to restore it to factory settings, which I have already done. So now not only is all my music gone,, but I can't re-sync it. When I try to restore it with the backup file, it says that the restore failed.

This probably sounds stupid, and I know most people are terrified of... defecating (lol) but I can't even pee. Like I try to, I'll walk in there but it's soooo quiet that I always end up just getting up and walking out. I literally cannot go. Have you ever seen that movie "Waiting?" Yeah...

Well I've only been able to go when I take a shower, which is once a day. So all in all, it's just not good. Helppp??? I don't know how but I need something, haha I'm pretty uncomfortable right now.

I'm supposed to be going to the Unviersity of South Florida. I thought it was all going to be okay, but I have to leave for orientation in like three hours. I've been up all night and I can't sleep because I've been having emotional breakdowns over this. I'm usually not even like this. I'm afraid I did everything wrong. I had to borrows like 10,000 dollars and I'm afraid I won't be able to pay it back. I'm scared my financial aid won't go through and I'll be left to pay all this money. I'm not sure I can live with other people and I'm not sure which classes I even have to take. I'm going to get lost or something. I'm so shy and I don't make friends easily and I'm just scared of being alone. Would it be a stupid idea to not go to college?

No, I am NOT looking for sympathy and this is NOT a cry for help. I honestly want to know what to do, other than go through with it. Obviously there are reasons I think I should live and I just don't know what to say to anyone. Would they send me somewhere? Because I had plans for college in a month. But I don't even want to go anymore at all. I sit here, all day, feeling sorry for myself and wishing I was dead. I've even come close to going through with it a few times. I'm just sick of it. I either want to die, or I want to get better. I figure getting better would probably be less painful for everyone, so I want to try that first. I guess I just want to know... what should I say and to who? And what will happen?

I know it varies from place to place, and I know artists can charge by size or time, but I'm just trying to get some sort of estimate. Maybe some of you who do tattoos could tell me how much you'd personally charge? I want it pretty much exactly as it's shown in the image.

I have scoliosis, and my back constantly hurts. I've heard that I probably won't get anything stronger than Darvocet, but I've had Darvocet and it does absolutely nothing. I've also taken Vicodin for small dental surguries and even that barely helps at all. I dont' want to go through the whole process of moving up on pain meds but I'm afraid to ask for something stronger, because I don't want my doctor to think I'm some kind of drug seeker.

Would it work if I just told him that I've had Vicodin before for my dental surgery and it didn't help?

I haven't played in over a year. I know I got one ending, I'm thinking it was the "Leave" ending but it may have been the "Maria" ending. Now I'm just really confused. I want to try for all of them, but I don't know which to try for now.

I got the message "This video contains content from WMG who has blocked it on copyright grounds." I obviously realize why it was blocked, but that seems so unfair. Is there a way to unblock it? It's not like I just threw the music in my video, it was a guitar tutorial on how to play the song. I worked really hard on it and I'm so mad that they blocked it.

I've never had a problem with iTunes until now. I just downloaded the new iTunes 9.1 and all of a sudden it just... won't open. There's no error message or anything. The little spinning circle thing pops up as if it's loading and then just stops. I tried plugging my iPod in and it still won't open. Is there a way to get it to work without uninstalling and reinstalling? I don't want to lose all my music because not all of it is on my computer, only in my iTunes library. I'm using Windows Vista if that helps at all.

I've had the book for a while and one day decided I'd learn Are You Ready. I flipped through the pages and then realized... IT'S NOT EVEN IN THERE! Does anyone know why? I've used it so many times and it never even occurred to me that there would be a song missing.

I have scoliosis and back problems run in my family. I've been prescribed darvocet and vicodin, both of which do absolutely nothing for the pain. The pain is severe enough where it's affecting my sleep and performance in school. I have serious trouble sitting in a chair for 84 minutes during class and my back pain is distracting me from my work. I literally cringe myself to sleep some nights when it's bad enough. Is it possible to get prescribed something stronger? I know they probably don't want me to get addicted to narcotics or anything but I feel like I really need it.

I've had my cartilage pierced for about four years and I eventually developed a bump behind my ear where the piercing is. It's really hard, but somewhat small. I never really noticed it. One day I realized it was there but didn't think it was a big deal because it was so small. I just took the earring out and noticed that it is rather noticeable. Is there a way to get rid of it without surgery? Or is it too late?
