I am one of the unfortunate many of us woman who suffer from terrible period pains.

But for the last year or so i have noticed them getting worse and worse.

I do suffer from PCOS, but its not that causing the pain, the pains are all around my abdomen and lower bowel areas and its getting very painfull to to go to toilet, especially to pass solids, (sorry for that)

Does anyone else suffer from this?

i have also been told that this is a symptom of Endometriosis,

can anyone with Endo, confim they get this too.

i am going to a works do tomorrow and have brought a turquoise greeny dress, i have the greeny coloured eyeshadow to go with it that looks great!

not sure if this is the right catogory but still....

I was out walking my dog this afternoon and picked a few dandelion leaves (weeds) whilst in the park for my rabbit. (i know they dont spray)

as i walking out a gentleman approached me and said that picking anything from the park was illegal...

now i can understand if it was flowers i had in my hand, but it was weeds!

he said he worked for the park, but i am unsure about that as i have not seen him about before and he had no uniform on.

does anyone know if he is right??

I have had Acupuncture for a severe shoulder problem that required two operations to fix and found that the Acupuncture helped greatly with this.

But was wondering if anyone had tried it for Infertility, how did you think it went? how many sessions did you have? what part of the body do they work on?

I know it works for pain and movement and swelling as i have proof in my experiances but not sure about using it for Infertility.

I have just brought yet another 200 litre tank (4 in total now)

what fish do you have in with your angels and how well do they get along. eg/ what loaches, bottom feeders etc.

Please dont patronize me by telling me angels grow big and can get territorial and aggresive, i know that, i have been keeping fish for years but have not had the chance to have a seperate tank for angels so put off buying them untill now.

can you give them human medicine for this? obviously at smaller doses.

i know all the chicken and rice and starve techniques but was thinking that there must be somthing better to give them than the johnsons tablets, as i have found these not to work.
