i have recently purchased a yamaha htr-5750 for my bedroom with a set of ns-ap9500 speakers i have a nice dvd player hooked up to my surround sound with a nice rocketfish optical cable...just playing arround with the reciever ive found that the dts settings are way better then the dolby digital settings however out of my whole collection i have maybe 5 dts encoded movies..ill soon be buying a blu ray for it but in the mean time im trying to find some movies encoded in dts 96 24 ive researched it several times but i cant seem to find any and i know there have to be thousands of them out there can anyone help me find some good action movies encoded in dts 96 24

so basically i do a lot of running on my own...which makes it difficult to time a run especially short runs like the 100m where every 10th of a second counts...does anyone know if they make like a digital system you could lay out on the track like they use in the pros to time the run...like a laser system?

is it just me or does anyone else feel like there is not a significant difference between sourdough and white bread...i mean i order sourdough a lot but i was thinking about it and i really dont taste much difference i suppose most of the time its a little denser and i like then and sometimes its got a little different taste...but i dont understand all these people that like white bread and hate sourdough it just seems to similar to like one and not the other

Im flying back from california to florida over xmas...and i want to take back a few things...the first question is can you check soda the reason for this is some brands arent available on the east coast...but ive heard they can explode in the non pressurized part of the plane...also does anyone know the rules on bringing 40oz beers back i know theyre illegal to sell in florida but i think u can have them...also does anyone think they also might explode in the luguage?

ok so i know this question gets asked like a million times everyday but i never agree with the result...so someone enlighten me! i have both myspace and facebook and so do most of my friends and everyone says facebook is better i still dont see it...they say its more organized? if you ask me its like myspace running in dos. myspace to me offers way more creative flexibility...although i will say its easier to find ppl on facebook but thats just b/c ppl on myspace list random things for their names like idiots! whats everyone else take on the whole myspace/facebook deal?

ok so ive already been told today by many people on here that even though im trying to loose weight a 1500 cal diet is not enough calories do to my exetreme workout. but i was just crunching some numbers and so far today ive had 545 calories and it is now 6:05 est here. i had oatmeal for breakfast a propel with my workout fruit for lunch and a bowl a special k for a snack therefore 545 cal. but now i still have 955 left and for dinner i plan on having 2 bocas on buns with ketchup which is 455ish cal still leaving me with 500 left today and im even rather full from the special k right now. whut should i do?

so these past few days ive been posting exercise and diet questions..my most recent one is...everyone says to eat a lot of healthy whole grains? but i just got back from the store and bought a large range of healthy food including boca burgers at only 70 cal per burger :) but of coarse i wanted something to put them on so i started looking at buns and regular white buns only have 110 cal and 10 from fat where as whole wheat has 160 and 25-30 from fat? can anyone tell me why whole wheat is better? and i also realized most south beach diet stuff isnt any lower in cals and carbs then the regular stuff ex. bran crunch 120 cal from sb 100 from special k high protien? anyways plz answer the whole wheat question? has anyone else realized that about south beach? and any other good tasting diet tips?

im am no stranger to the gym my newly modified exercise plan includes 13 nautalis machinces at on avg 100 lbs and i do 10 reps and 5 sets. plus i do 10 curls at 30lb x 5 sets as well as 205lb x 10 x 5 set leg presses. as well as about 15 min on the steper and 10 on the bikes. and i get my squats and bench in when i have time and a partner. but then again ive always ate whut i wanted too so it made up for this defficite in energy. im now trying to loose about 4 inches off my stomach and im on like a 1500 cal diet but after my work out i come home and pass out. is there anywhere to get the energy i need whut foods are low in cals but will make me full....and is 1500 cal a day good enough for a diet

im looking for some more nothing foods...stuff with like very little calories and very little carbs...however im far more worried about calories...so far ive found pickles are exetremely low at 5 calories per once and 0 carbs. i know fruit and things are low too but still like 115-130 per serving any suggestions?

Ok so I'm taking my best gf to prom its my senior prom to be exact. Its going to be amazing i rented a 300c to take us to dinner. a plane to fly us along the beautiful florida coast. and when the plane sets down i got an escalade streeth at the hanger to pick us up and take us there. but enough said in the plane and in the limo were not allowed to have real alcohol so whut is a good non alcoholic champagne that is easy to find in the florida area.
