A friend of mine added oil to my car because he said it was low, I just checked the oil and it looks like there is too much in there. the oil goes about _________________ that far over the max line. what will happen if i drive with that much oil in my car? Oh and there is smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe now also. Is that from too muuch oil?

while he had the gun to my head he hit me in the back of the head with his fist 3 or 4 times. I looked him up on our local district clerks website and it shows that the charges filed against him are a class B misdemeanor. I thought the charges should have been aggravated assault. They are charging him with terroristic threats. I spoke to a detective and explained everything to him in my report to file charges and my statement was video taped, so there shouldn't be any confusion as to what happened. My question is this, are these charges against him correct or should I contact someone at the police department to get the correct charges filed against him.
