I use a Nikon D3100 and have access to some old Pentax Takumar K-mount lenses. I can get an adapter from ebay (see link) with a little minus lens built in to allow infinity focus. What is the quality like? is it worth buying?

I Know the lens and camera must be used manually, this is no problem.

I've figured out that it saves files numbered hexadecimally, naturally my PC sorts them alphanumerically. Resulting in my files being in mixed order. I can just about handle this but my friend who has the same camera gets terribly confused. Is there a way of changing the way it names files? like in decimal format? I can't see anything in the manual.

I bought a camera spirit from ebay and the camera it is pictured on is a strange one. Can anyone identify it? Looking at the photo there seems to be a compur shutter and lens combination of the type used on bellows cameras. I cant make out the make on the viewfinder. Perhaps its home made.

I have a lovely new Philips dvd player (DVP 5960) with a USB socket on the front. I can use my card reader, memory stick and mp3 payer to look at downloaded videos and mp3's. Ideally I can plug in an external hard drive and use it as a base for a home entertainment system. BUT its only compatible with USB 1! All hard drive cases I see are USB 2.0 - it will definitely not touch them! Has anyone any clue where I can get one??

I am careful what I eat and how. But wind gets trapped and causes much pain. If I am lucky it creeps out but sometimes it builds up and if I try to relieve it I fart loudly. This embarrassing as some people complain and are disgusted and to others it is a source of amusement. I'd rather not fart at all.

I am not looking for a cure, but one would be nice, I want to know why it happens, how it happens and why to me and not to others

Is there a way of changing them into English. The install options do not give the language option. There must be a way to change it. I'm not learning German!! My printer is a DX4400

I dont have Corel Draw, and dont want to purchase software to convert files which may prove useless to me. Converting them to .bmp, .pdf or any regular file type would be great.

I have a couple of images on my computer I'd love to use and already use them on other forums
