What should my weight loss goal be?
Hello! I've been trying to figure this out for a while, but now I think I need a spot of help.
I'm a male and my stats are 135 lbs, 5 ft 5 inches tall with a body fat 22.77% and a current lean body mass of 104lbs. Also I have a small frame/build. I'm trying to figure out what I should set my realistic weight loss goal to for a body fat of 11%.
Also I do 20-30 mins of LISS or HIIT cardio every morning and I'm currently trying to get into weight training. Any help is appreciated!
