Thanks for looking. I'm male aged 36, living in the Midlands but originally from Yorkshire. I love debate, but only with people who have a bit of inteligence. No one who is racist, sexist, homophobic or just moans because they can't put together a decent argument, I get enough of that at work.

We are told that it will improve safety on the roads and I don't think we have much of a farming community of whom it was first designed to assist. For several years now safety campaigners have been calling for it, so why hasn't it happened? And will it ever happen?
