One pharmacist said it’s okay another one said call the er. I’m so scared

I’m scared is this anxiety?

I had wilms tumor at 4 first staged. Now I’m 18 always scared I could have it again even though doctors said I’ll be fine, get married & all I feel bumps and lumps in my stomach even in the area where I felt the tumor that time but I do have a belly on me. I’m always scared I have it I drive myself crazy scared I can’t even live my life because I’m in such fear

Feels like marbles or lymph nodes im 18 female

Today I get up and I space out, don’t feel connected and go into a trance that makes me want to blank out but I don’t I just zoned out for a sec like my brain fell asleep. It’s like I’m getting something from the fridge and I see double like I’m getting a vision (I know I’m not) but that what it feels like. I’m seeing double things but two different things and and fell asleep but know I’m up. My breathing is weird like I feel less oxygen at times like I went running at times my diaphragm feels tight then I start to breathe funny like I don’t fully breathe like release or hold in my breathe at times or I just breathe and it’s like when wind hits your face and you make that sound like you breathe in twice like you hassle but there’s no wind hitting my face but I don’t know if I’m breathing from my stomach and it’s almost like hyperventilate. When I get up that’s when this happens my period is late I’m stressed and have anxiety at times I’m 18 scared

Am I going to be okay?

I do feel cold cause I sleep on a air bed and there’s a coolness. I’m scared of why all night in was in the 99 range going up once to 99.9 then this morning it’s in the 98 range dropping to 97

Using thermo scan in ear to take my temperature in both ears it’s all over the place. 99.9 99.7 99.4 99.1 once it was 98.6 but in 99 only? Why I’ve had this one for about 10 years the other night it was 100.0 to 100.1 or 100.3 before that it was always around 98 something or 99. I’m 18 my period is late I have anxiety I’m scared I have lymphoma or lupus because I have many symptoms of those illnesses like petechiae, swollen lymph nodes, tiredness, bloated in diaphragm, itchy skin, etc

So when I was 12 going to be 13 I started getting swollen lymph nodes in my neck behind right side, nonstop come and go they would hurt most of the time and took time to go back down. Then it stop when I was 16 and a half, then one became swollen again and never went back down to its original size and now until this day sometimes it’s slightly bigger other days it’s smaller. I rarely get lymph nodes in my armpit until now, my armpits or pelvic area into my stomach, under boob twice (mainly before period). I been getting petechiae since spring of 2017 one or two but in october I got a lot but now it’s back to one or two on my arms, chest, legs, tongue, stomach, face. Itchy skin very bad dry skin or nothing sometimes hives, I get dry red spots. Confusion, shortness of breathe, bad bloating in my diaphragm upper stomach, episodes of being very tired but not right now. I have sweats sometimes, ensitivity to light sometimes, joint pain or stiffness. Now during the night I had the chills was ice cold it was hard for me to warm up, today too with heat flashes I was feeling ok later but I was crying about something then later felt nauseous, hot, headache (usually feelings I get before my period, my period is due since yesterday), I took my temperature I have 100.1 to 100.3 then 99.9. I pms bad, I have anxiety, I’m stressed but I’m scared this is lymphoma or leukemia or even lupus? I had two petechiae few days ago but I do take clonazepam sometimes here and there and ibuprofen

I’m 18 female my period is due any day I drank water and ate before

I'm 18 years old, a few months ago I had an episode of being so tired I was sleeping my days away, after I regained my energy but then recently after my period ended in late June I had no energy I was sleeping my days away I remember I would wake up in the afternoon and couldn't keep my eyes open longer then a few minutes it was like a car hit me I was just out of it, its like I get up to do something and I feel my body wants rest, then I got my period and regained somewhat energy where I wasn't sleeping my life away but now I lost energy again, I mean I'm not sleeping my days away but I can't workout, if I stand up to long I become lightheaded and feel if the floor is moving and I'm going to fall like off balance with dizziness like I see I'm sensitive to the light (not the sun), after my last period my heart is always racing and I have shortness of breath I feel if I ran miles, I get itchy with red spots that are uneven and then fade within seconds and hives sometimes and I'm dealing with anxiety, I'm 18 years old I'm scared this is lupus like seriously

I always get swollen lymph node/nodes in the left side of my neck, it's been a year since I gotten a swollen one but I do feel that my one lymph node never went down to its original size and stays kinda big get small some days then I felt tiny pea size ones but I believe those went away I have a ugly light to mid pressure in my ears/head/neck, I'm scared this all has to do with lymphoma? I also went through a episode of palpitations yesterday, I believe I was ovulating because the period app showed I was, the last time I had this episode of palpitations was a week before my last period and it was the first time I had something like this but I know my last ovulation/period was bad. This time around to get the palpitations again I can say it was for my ovulation but it's too early in the cycle unlike the last time, my period is due August 10th, also I been getting the chills, my mom said I lost some weight in my legs (I eat a lot) I went through episodes of shortness of breath but I felt if the cold air hit my nose I could kinda feel slightly ok, I went through long episodes of being so tired I slept the days away I would wake up after hours of sleeping to feel if a truck hit me, I would fall back to sleep, the right side of my stomach feels bloated/swollen and under my stomach my abdomen my left side feels swollen feels, I thought I felt something, my mom feel said it's normal. I'm 17, I had wilms tumor when little, my symptoms go hand to hand with the people that have/had it
