  • What's a good online form builder, preferably one good for submitting medical forms?

I run a Weebly site for a clinic, and I need to put their patient registration and medical history forms online to fill out. What's the best free service I can use to build a form and embed it into my site?

  • In HTML coding, how can I point a spot in a file's code to an outside txt or html file for a certain group of code, like a navigation menu?

I'm coding an entire site in Dreamweaver from scratch, and I'd like to make it so that if I need to edit the navigation menu or the header in the future, I can just edit one file that all of the pages point to for that code, rather than have to edit each individual HTML file. I think Weebly does something like this. Is there anyway I can do this? I'd rather not use an iframe if at all possible, but I will if I have to.

  • My hard drive is failing/has failed. I have to recover data off of it.?

Answers, I come to you in my time of need. I work for a small mom and pop computer shop, and we also manage servers and networks. A server for the police station here just went boom. It had 3 hard drives in it, two of which were a RAID volume which we were able to recover data off of. However there's a problem with the third one. Windows says "You need to format the disk in Drive E: before you can use it. Do you want to format it?" When I deny it, it gives me another error message that says "E: is not accessible. Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" I have seen this before with other customers, and called it a bad hard drive each time. But this time, I need to try everything possible to get the data off. I have heard that replacing the controller card on the drive with an identical one can help but I don't know if that would apply in this situation. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

  • Help changing out processors?

I built a PC out of 2 old ones (from the Vista age) using these parts from an HP Pavilion p6157c and a Gateway GM5472:

    Gateway HT2000 motherboard

    WD 500 GB hard drive

    Barracuda 1 TB hard drive

    a spare 350 W power supply

    6GB RAM (2x2 GB, 2x1 GB)

    Goldcrest wireless Internet card

The processor that came with the Gateway's motherboard is an AMD Athlon 64 bit 2.6 GHz dual core processor 5000+ And I'm trying to switch it with the HP's AMD Phenom 64 bit 2.3 GHz quad core processor. I made the switch but when I turned the computer on, the monitor wasn't picking up a signal. I switched the processors back and the computer worked fine.

Is there a step I'm missing? Also is this switch even a good idea in the first place? I know the Phenom is a 0.3 GHz downgrade but it has twice the cores that the Athlon has.

  • What happens if my wife is a nurse for the Navy or Air Force and she gets pregnant?

She want to be a nurse for the Navy or the Air Force (undecided as of now as to which one) and we would like to know what would happen if she were to join either branch and get pregnant during her career.

Also, if I join the Air Force (as a pilot or aircraft mechanic) and she joins the Navy (as a nurse), would that affect anything? We'd likely be on different bases, right?

  • Where is the product key for Windows 7 saved on the hard-drive?

Before you read this, please note that I am NOT looking for the solution that will bring me here:

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/79208783/Contr...

I don't want the Control Panel.

I want to know in what folder and in what document the product key is saved.

The reason for this is because I am repairing a computer with two hard drives in it, each with a copy of Windows 7 on it. One hard drive's OS is corrupt and I need to reinstall it, but I need the product key for that.

Or, if you have a way to do this without the product key and without costing me any money, I would be greatly appreciative.

    Thank you.

  • Are there any Zombies maps on the Wii version of CoD Black Ops besides Kino Der Toten?

I've beaten Single Player Campaign on every difficulty except Veteran, Ive broken from the chair and typed in Zork, DOA, and 3arc unlock all with no success. Is there any way to unlock another Zombies map besides the first one, Kino Der Toten? If so, how can I unlock it? I've heard about Five, the Theatre, and the Pentagon but I still only have one map...

  • I just got Black Ops for Wii. It seems to have a lot of trouble logging on to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Why?

I would leave it for several minutes trying to log on and it just says Please Wait with the spinning dots. Is this normal? Can I log in faster?
