Why do guys do this?
One day you're texting like crazy, having a great time. Always happy to see eachother the next day, like a light switch, the guy ignores you and doesn't talk to you. AND you did nothing!!! Nothing at all! Why do guys do this?? FEAR? Afraid that they like the girl?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating7 years agoI need a guy's help?
We have known eachother for about 4-5 years. We have flirted, joked around, and yes, even had moments of awkwardness when he suddenly felt that we were too close for comfort and ignored me. Two weeks ago we were very close, text all the time, laughed had fun etc. We've never dated but everyone and I mean EVERYONE thinks that we are together. Well...out of the blue (trust me, all this time I've retraced) he has ignored me, given the cold shoulder. We hang out at the same place which is awkward. Onemore than one occassion, he has gotten SUPER jumpy if I sit directly next to him (what am I suppose to do when there's no seats?) . People even ask him if he's ok. Mind you, I have respected his silence and don't talk to him. I leave him be as he obviously wishes. It's obvious to others. When they ask he gets so figity that he actually gets up and moves as far away as possible. If you were a stranger in the room observing this, you would probably not believe that he and I were extremely close just 2 weeks before, for a span of over a year!!! Tonight, he was super jumpy and on edge. Again, someone asked if he was jumpy...he replied and moved away. Once he was away, he was back to normal. Believe me when I say that I don't attempt to talk or pry or anything.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM? He WAS a Great guy and I miss him. I miss our dozens of texts throughout the day, our silliness, our laughter. Why is he acting like he hates me? I swear I haven't done anything.

4 AnswersSingles & Dating7 years agoCould use some advise?
He is willing to drive 30 miles out of his way to help your family? Here's the catch, he wanted to do it alone without me there. he acts awkward around me in person: tense, lack of eye contact, teases me and playfully makes fun of me. I guess he's technically shy. Is that why he doesn't want me there? They told him he didn't have to and he said he was happy to help and was looking forward to it.
So he went and was apparently amazing, super impressed them! He ended up staying for much longer than expected, they talked a lot about me growing up and he opened up to them about growing up. I havent heard from him nor have I wrote to him. He told them that he was so happy to be helping them out and is looking forward to meeting with them again. What do you think this all means? He obviously found out a lot about me....
2 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoWhy do guys flirt in front of the girl they have mutual feelings for?
The guy is aware that the girl is interested in him and he's also (from the most part) interested in and has feelings for her. Why does he flirt with other girls in front of her to make her jealous? What is he trying to do? Does he want her to intervene? What if she's the shy insecure type and feels awkward to do so?
6 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoGuys, if a girl is hitting on you?
You let her, but you stare or keep glancing at another girl to see if he is watching (and is upset about it), does that mean that you like the girl that you keep glancing at? Why do you do it? Reassurance that she likes you?
2 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoHe kept looking at me?
When this chick kept hitting on him. He was nice to her but wasn't exactly reciprocating much. He still let her try though and every time she did, he'd look at me. I probably had no poker face and tried my best to ignore it. He left not long after, walked by smiling eat to ear, looked at me and said byyyyyyyyyyyeeeeee!!!! Like a giddy happy dork. He didn't really say by to the other girl. Was he just trying to make sure that I was bothered by this? Of course I was!!!
1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoTeasing and being mean?
This guy loves to tease me. Most of the time it's funny but tonight it hurt my feelings. I told him i was going and said goodnight. To my surprise, he stated sending me a bunch of texts staying he didn't know why he said that, that he didn't mean to hurt my feelings, that he wasn't feelings good, had a bad day and was frustrated. I've never seen him react like this. He panicked. Does that mean he likes me?
5 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoGuys, what do girls do for you that makes you feel special?
I know as a girl, I have the tendency to over text, talk too much (sometimes about girl drama) to the guy I like and I'm frustrated with myself that I've been selfish with the attention.
I want to let him know how much I appreciate him and also apologize for getting carried away. (he's not mad or anything, I just don't want to be one of those girls.)
Guys what makes you feel appreciated? Are they materialistic things or something as simple as a girl talking about you, interested in your interests an hobbies?
9 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoGuys, he would you like to be appreciated?
I know that us girls tend to over talk, text, talk about drama. A lot of you put up w it. This guy I like had putting up w my craziness so I got h a little gift which he loved. I also apologized for being so selfish. Without the obvious sexual answers, what are some ways a girl can show their gratitude? Show you that they care don't mean to be selfish?
1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoWhy do guys prefer........................?
Being sarcastic, teasing, smart alecky when they text? Like everything has to be a joke? Guys I'm told it's easier to "be mean" playfully or tease but do you realize that sometimes, girls are just sensitive? This guy always makes sure he says he's just kidding if he pushes it but why is he so addicted to getting under my skin???
5 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoWhy does he tease me so much?
He likes to tease me via text. Constantly. In person he tells me he's just kidding and is a jerk. Why does he like to tease and make fun so much? In person when I mentionit he giggles an cant even look me in the eye. All he says (laughing) is "boy I'm a jerk!" then laughs harder. Sometimes I wonder if he he even cares....why is it easier to tease and make fun of than compliment a girl?

1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoThis guy texts me every night before bed?
We're both shy and awkward but I noticed that he'd been doing something lately. The last 2-3 weeks , a good 5 days out of the week he texts me as he is going to bed. He use to tell me that he's be texting me and didnt text back because he fell asleep. now he says "see ya." but more often than not ill get a text before bed. Guys do you text or call the girls you like before you go to bed?
4 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoWhy am I hearing from him so much suddenly?
This guy friend (whom I have always liked) hardly text me in the past 2 years. Sometimes he'd respond, mostly not. If he did, it be hours if not days before I'd hear from him. It'd always be at night and the conversation would never last.
NOW: he texts me all the time, almost every day. Morning, noon or night. He even initiates the texts sometimes. Also, he replies back instantly now. if its not instant, I'll hear him within an hour or so.
Do you think he now has feelings for me?
