Hello, currently looking for a broker in the East Bay region of California. I'm just wondering if there are still any real estate companies that pay a base salary plus commission to help me get started? Advice is welcome!

Most essential and necessary functions/features for a real estate agent's cell phone? What is a MUST have ie. unlimited data plan? text/mail/web browsing? Is this all a must?

Can an agent survive with a basic $9.00 t-mobile plan?

My budget is under $300, and after searching around, these are the 2 I'm interested in. They both seem ideal for my medium sized bedroom. I've been using a Onkyo GX-D90 for 5 years up until now that I got in Japan for about $150 (30w desktop speakers for my pc). So this is what I can compare sound quality to. In my opinion, this GX-D90 produced good/clean sound, high crisp treble with good medium, lacking low range.. overall very satisfied 4.5 stars.

With that said, I need some audio advice. The Teac MC-DV600 is a 50w system (w/subwoofer) for about $250. The Onkyo CS-445 is a 40w system (no subwoofer) for about $280 although it has a sub-out.

I'm aware that the Teac subwoofer will add a small amount of low range, but has to share the 50w with the other two speakers (is there some sacrifice in sound quality?) The Onkyo has a dedicated 40w for just 2 speakers, but will that produce better quality sound?

I would normally be using this with an i-pod and sometimes with my LCD tv (and no, I don't need the DVD player thats in the Teac system.) I listen to a lot of Aphex Twin and other music with low to high range.

If I went with the Onkyo system, I would eventually want to add a subwoofer, but since the system only as 40w, should I just get the Teac?

Any advice? Other recommended systems that I over looked? Any help appreciated.

In this price range, I know that its difficult to notice a significant difference in sound quality.
