    im 18 overweight severe anxiety issues and a sedentary lifestyle

    i went to the doctor and was put on motoprolol for high blood pressure

    sometimes i get throbbing headaches that match my heartbeat in the back of my head and they get worse with coughing and pooping and stuff and just any physical activity

    im so scared im going to have a stroke any minute, my chest and back is hurting and my heart feels funny i cant take it anymore

    im male 18

    so i went to the doctor not long ago because i have high blood pressure apparently

    i got metoprolol 25mg twice a day

    anyway i have horrible anxiety 

    i took my blood pressure when i was lying down and it was 170/120..i took it again after a second and it was normal 

    i’m scared i’m going to have brain damage or stroke or soemtjing from this happening..

    will i have a stroke or brain damage or anything?

    i have headaches some days where it’s throbbing in my neck and back of head and it gets WORSE when i cough or like get up and move around i can feel my heartbeat in my head
