honestly. have you turned over the bag and taken a look at the ingredients? in pedigree? in science diet? in purina, who funds all these dog shows and such. they're putting money into advertising, certainly not the food. seriously. go right now and check out the ingredients in your bag of food. is meat the first ingredient? are there only whole grains (whole grain CORN doesn't count)? you may be amazed at what you find.

check for grain splitting.. where they use 3 different kinds of rice to make it look like the rice isn't the first ingredient. rice, rice bran, rice meal, etc.

look for fruits and vegetables. antioxidants, probiotics.

ones that come from natural sources, ones that aren't simply added to the food but come from ingredients within the food.

take a look! it might blow your mind.

it's getting to the point where i don't even want to sleep.

i can't remember what they are about usually, but i wake up with the most shaken, sickened feeling imaginable.

i'm 18. i haven't been watching scary movies or anything like that. i don't know what's bringing these horrible dreams about.

also, i keep having dreams that i can't see very well or i can't yell/ speak. the not being able to yell thing scares me the most.
