I got a job in a company, which is really big chance to a beginner accountant like me. I was very happy with that until the new experienced member joined to accounting team. Everything was fine enough to focus on my job and responsibilities at the beginning. But then several things have changed, after a few mistakes which were not so big for a beginner like me, they started to take pressure on me and critisize me personally. (in some way it can be considered as an insult) Its something that I cant explain because I have not enough job experience or smth. My position is accountant assistant, so I have to help in stuff like daily cash flow, petty cash, copying and scanning documents and stuff like that... But soon our manager told me to prepare the expenses according to 3 projects we had. It sounded very challanging for me so I even came on saturday and sunday to work cause I was very enthusiastic about it. I did a lot of work on saturday (if you combine the work of thursday and friday it would be equal to saturdays work) which was very productive because there was nobody in the office and I was completely focused on project expenses. But in general I cannot focus on that, because if someone needs to copy smth, tells me that I have to copy it and using the word "its your responsibility" sends me directly to xerox. I have no option but to do it I'm becoming very angry deep inside because I had to complete the duties for the day and so on. Another factor which impresses me and makes me pissed off is they are waiting for a moment to find a mistake and put a pressure on me, after that my work concentration is gone.

So my question is: Is it right to behave like that? or may be I am wrong and have no enough work experience to understand.why they act like this (may be thats the way it has to be). What actions do I take? I dont want to get dismissed, probably they can complain about me to managers, and they work together for a very long period of time. I hope your advice will show me the way...

A few weeks ago I met with a girl. We are friends on facebook more than a year and never met before. I didnt have a relationship with anyone at least for 2 years but this girl stole my heart and I fell in love with her. We had a good time and friendly talk when we met and she noted that shes not going to have relationship in near future. I think of her all the time. I mixed 50 tracs in 1 hour and half and that mix contais 15 min of mix by another person. So how do I call it? Mixed by Rash and Lanza or Mixed by Rash + Guestmix by Lanza.

Person A - 100$

Person B - 500$

Person C - 700$

..........

Person Z - 1785.55$

this must be equal for example to this

Person 1 - 100$

Person 2 - 500$

Person 3 - 700

............

Person 140 - 998.12$

Person 750 - 1785.55$

The second example is correct so I'm writing down the second example to another excel sheet but the places are mixed like (If person A is first in first place second example--In second excell sheet its in 151 th place) and and the sum of first example must be equal to the sum of second. The data are same but its mixed. Is there any way to find out the mistake according to example 2?
