What are your thoughts on people asking what your thoughts are? Do you come to yahoo answers more to give your thoughts (answer questions) or more to ask questions? What category do most of your questions fall under and what category do you seem to answer more questions in? I'm curious to know what makes people (self included) come here so much.

I've had the same friend for more than 15 years now. We work together. He used to tell me everything, and I do mean everything. Over the last 3 years he's gotten divorced and is now living with a woman for not quite a year. During this last year, our friendship has been put on the back burner, it seems, and now when I ask a question about work, what I get is "it's not open for discussion at this time"... WTF?

After you've "met" a person here on Answers, do you ever wonder about the real person being the answer or the question....assuming we all know the trolls...

I'm looking for a Hotel in or close to the French Quarter in New Orleans that has the balconies you can walk out onto and look out over the road. Has anyone stayed in any of these and if so, which ones would you recommend? I would much prefer to have a couple of options. Thanks

My husband and I have been separated for over 4 years now. We've decided it's past time to get it done and over with. I know in Alabama I can get a DIY divorce if there are no children involved. Does anyone know if i can get a DIY since we have one child? Thanks.

The owner of this little bar I go to is having a birthday party for himself at the bar, invitation only. I work for him on Friday nights but have been asked not to work, but to be there as a friend and enjoy the party that night. I would like to find a good gag gift to get him. Any ideas?

Remember those corner sofa daybed things where one bed went under the table? I'm looking to purchase those if I can find them again. Great idea for a pre-teen boys room who wants places for his friends to sit for tv or video games. If anyone knows where i can find them, please let me know. Thanks, Kij
