I am the Technology Systems Specialist at Madisonville Community College in Madisonville, Kentucky. I have an Associates Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Microsoft network administration as well as a focus on computer aided design using AutoCAD 2000, 2002 and 2004. I am working on my B.A.S. in the Computer Information Technology Program through Western Kentucky University. I worked as a computer repair technician at a locally owned computer shop by the name of Computer Knights for almost 2 1/2 years before moving to my current position. I have had quite a bit of experience in troubleshooting computers and plan to focus a lot on the computer section of Yahoo! Answers.
