Was arrested for public intox in san bernardino ca, my 1st offense. I have a court date in April. be worried?
Drank a little too much in my apartment, I was trashed and was arrested just outside of my home. I am 29, and have never been in trouble. Was released from a drunk tank after 8 hours and they said my punishment would be a slap on the wrist. Did not pay a fine, but the intoxication code is on the ticket. I dont care about punishment, I just do not want my record tainted by this, I am a full time college student with little money. Options? Advice?

Im in Iraq now for another month, and when i come back to the states, she will leave days after, with the possibility of us never seeing each other again due to war in iraq, and the army keeping us apart, what should i do?
