I haven't looked for work in a while and would like to update my resume. What are some suggestions to make my resume look really good? also, is it bad if it is more than one page?

My early development of language and literacy teacher wants me to ask people how did they learn to read. I don't think anyone can really remember that far back but feel free to share your thoughts.

if a European citizen (from portugal) overstayed the time limit granted (3 months I believe) does he have to pay the $1000 fee for the I485A? I have a book report/project for my English class and i am doing it on Persepolis, a graphic novel by Marjane Satrapi. I have to do a visual project too that captures the creative voice of the book. I also have to read an excerpt. I am having a hard time choosing. Does any one have any suggestions. The entire book is funny and creative and i just dont know where to focus on.

I went for analogous color so my decor is mostly pink and orange (pillows, curtains, flowers, etc.) and with lilac paint, but i am starting to feel that it clashes. I need some expert advise. Should i change the wall color? Problem is i don't want white or beige or any neutral color.

So, my birthday is the same day as my boyfriend's brother, which sucks. So tis year year his brother is turning 30 and i am only turning 23 so his brothers wife and his mom are throwing him a b-day party. Of course I am going to be there but i plan on leaving on midnight because I want to celebrate with my girl friends and we are probably going o a club. Let me add that i like to go out from time to time. I am not into getting trashed and ruubbing into guys but i do like to go to a club and feel the music. My boyfriend hates clubs so he has never gone with me. But now he's furious cuz I wanna go out with my friends on MY BIRTHDAY. I am not going to get to celebrate it how i wanted to b/c it's being overshadowed by his brother. And he says it's an asshole move and that if i go out with my friends he's not goign to celebrate with me. am I being selfish or is he?
