  • What is does Stare Decisis and Stare Rationibus mean in lamens terms?

I understand that Stare Decisis means Let the Decision stand and Stare Rationibus means Let the reasoning bind but I don't know what that means exactly. I need a good definition of these terms and an explanation of what they mean.

Obiter Dicter and any other terms relating to Precedence would be grateful.

  • What is the best way to burn fat away?

As the title says, I'm interested in losing fat, not weight particularly (although that will most likely drop as well).

I want to come up with a good routine to burn fat but I find it hard to do with a busy schedule. I'm at University so I don't get much time to focus on exercise, sometimes I don't have time for breakfast.

I don't usually choose what I eat, it's more about what my parents decide they want to cook and I don't like making them cook something completely separate. This makes dieting a bit hard and while at Uni, it is hard to find food that suits a particular diet.

Due to spending most of my time doing coursework or at Uni, I don't have time to exercise. I usually get home, have a quick shower, go to work, get home and have another shower then either finish coursework or sleep.

I'm not a big fan of supplements as they are usually false and don't work, or so I have heard.

Is there a sure fire way to help burn fat, preferably quickly, when you have a busy schedule?

I can try to fit exercises in to the day, but I'd need to know what exercises I need to do. I have no fitness equipment and most likely can't go to a gym.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  • I get an unpleasant, "tiresome" feeling when I try to sing. Why?

Whenever I try to sing, I get an awful, unpleasant feeling.

Its hard to describe, other than like my muscles are extremely tired and I physically can not carry on singing.

I have no problems when naturally talking, no lumps, no other pains or discomfort. Only when singing. Can give more detail if needed.

  • Am I losing my humanity? Why do I lack feeling?

Over the past few years I've felt as if my humanity is slipping. I noticed that my care for other slowly drained away to the point that I wasn't bothered if a friend of mine lived or died (Had a cist on the brain).

I've not felt grief when a family member died, and a family friend died.

Love for others vanished and I don't even fancy ANYONE. I enjoy sex, but don't have a particular desire for it.

Basically, I'm an empty shell. I care for no one, not even myself. Have no needs or desires for anything from humanity. I'm not materialistic, toys don't bother me.

There are more problems, but am I really losing my humanity or have a serious mental problem>

  • What is the role of 'Succinate Dehydrogenase' in the Mitochondria?

I know it's involved in the Citric Acid Cycle and Electron Transport Chain although the lecture on this wasn't very clear and neither are the lecture notes.

I'd like to know as much about what its role is within the Mitochondria in as much detail as possible.
