I have always had issues with anxiety but ever since a guy broke into my apartment at 4AM things have gotten worse - this happened about a year ago. I understand what my body is going through. There are days I can't go to work because the panic attacks are so bad at times. I refuse meds due to bad side effects that have left me scarred for life and I try to treat with herbal medication, meditation, and filling my life with positives but the attacks still happen. I guess what Im really asking is if anyone else has had the same experiences and wouldn't mind exchanging emails to talk.? It would just be comforting to know that at least someone (even if they never met me!) understands what its like to go through this on a daily basis...

Mine is when people say Ill call you right back because I def. want to go AND they know that you have to leave within the hour and then dont even bother to text or call back and say they cant make it... you think I would've learned by now!

My fiance and I have been together for almost 4 years now. He recently graduated the police academy in July and is working as a cop for 2 different areas.. Any ideas what might be a good present for him? Im trying to go with stuff that he really could use for work... I was thinking a taser (he is certified) but he keeps saying that he doesn't really need one since the departments are getting tasers donated to them soon. He has all the basics that a cop would need to do his job but is there any items out there that I could splurge a little on him?

I love my dog to death but he stinks! He's part lab/golden so he loves water which is part of my problem. He will not go to the bathroom if he's on a leash so I take him off and the next thing I know he's going in any water he can find. People are actually commenting about what smells when they come in my house and then cringe when the dog approaches them. It's embarrassing! I have tried EVERYTHING. I usually end up giving him a bath once a week so I can breathe. I used every store bought shampoo imaginable and even took him several times to get groomed. I ask the vet what I can do but it just so happened that I bathed him a day before going there so he didn't smell as bad and the vet just kinda gave me the "dogs will be dogs" attitude.

Is there anything else I can possibly do? Any home remedies?

I paid in a timely manner and the seller shipped everything as promised. The first item was $4.95 and each additional was $3.49. I figured they would ship it out by priority mail and the items were rubber so they would weight more to ship.... WRONG! The shipped by the slowest method to save themselves money. The package that I paid $18.91 to ship only costs them $6.41. I have sold on ebay and I know prices are a bit steep but that was crazy. I left NEUTRAL feedback saying the items were great but shipping was extreme and they retaliated by leaving me nasty feedback. Im pretty sure that ebay has a rule against excessive shipping... does anyone know of this or know how, if I can, file a claim against them?
