wrong, everybody seem's to have "Tunnel Vision" here. I am not unhappy in my Job. Bin doing this for way too long ! I am not happy with some of the Clientel who dont seem to care on how People in the Hospitality Business make their Living.......

Here in the U.S. we dont get a SALARY as Foodservers, you get a Hourly Minimum Wage wich is 6.15hr in Nevada. And dont get me wrong, i do understand that tipping in EUROPE is a different Story. I earned my Degree at one of the finest Schools there. My Pet Peef is that if you go to a different Country be courteous and find out about there Customs....you expect the same from them. I've bin in the Business a long Time, have a lot of regular Patrons(all different Nationalities) they Love my Service. They are always Happy when they leave, because of my Way of treating them. It's the other one's i am worried about. Like some of the one's who answered my Question.......

dont know how to properly "TIP"(Gratuitys are usually not included in the States) or they just Ignorant because we are there "FRIENDS" ???? Same goe"s for the "French-Canadians"........
