Can you stream a DVD from a computer onto a 360?

Here's my situation: I have an European Xbox 360, a massive telly, a PC and American DVDs.

Since the DVDs are region blocked, and I don't have a HD connection (or any connection at all) between my telly and PC, I wanted to know if there's a way to play the DVDs off of the PC, onto the xbox, and see it on the telly, since I can connect those.

I've been mucking about in blacksmithing on and off for about 2 or 3 years now, nothing very serious, but what little I've done was all in steel.

The other day I tried my hand at working bronze, and for some reason, the cylinder of bronze started to split in a cross at the end.

I was working with wood insted of charcoal at the time since I didn't want to accidentaly melt the bronze.

Why did it happen and what can I do about it?
