Since I have been having my severe allergic reactions- going on 5 yrs now(anaphylaxis) the ER, Doctors, and labs can not find any veins in my arms to place IV's. The veins either roll or they flash but then blow. This week I had 2 allergic reactions- and now I have 10- yes 10 bruises where they tried to find veins but couldn't I look like someone beat me up- I tried looking up vein disorders- but only could come up with the "large vein" disorders- why are my veins doing this? and does anyone else have this problem? could it be related to my mediations or just a flux

No I am not a fan but part of this is not coming from there. One - do you think Jessica can actually make it in the country music scene? She is still acting like a Hollywood princess(non fan part) and I know country music fans do not like stuck up rich folk.

2nd question in articles with Jessica's current boyfriend and ex husband- they mention how touchy feely her dad is with jessica. Her father has made some inaproprate comments about her breasts. I have worked for a Christian Church for 8 yrs as the childcare director- my position is 30hr salary even though for the last 5 yrs or so I have worked 50 hrs a week. We just opened our new facility, back in December, the senior pastor had said once we move- I would be paid for 40hrs- 3 weeks ago he said okay but you have to have the children to support it.

Now the powers that be in the church want me to man the main desk for 30hrs around other people and yet get my work done. To do this I will be there 40hrs a week just to sit at the desk to get the hours covered- Sorry this is long. When i approached the Senior pastor about my raise again- I was denied and told to find a creative way to man the desk so I wouldn't be here. I was pissed- really pissed.

In the last 8 years I have expanded the program to accomidate more children, created a learning enviroment for all the children even the infants, started a christmas concert by the children in which only families attend and yet we have over 200 people show up, and recently spent in the last 2 months 60 + hrs a week getting ready to be licensed so we could open on time- and he shut me down.

I looked for a new job just minutes ago and found a directors job listed for $4,000 more than I make with benefits. But I love my job, I love the kids and I don't want to leave but this is ridiculous and insulting. Help what would you do- leave and get a new job, hang in there hoping to get a raise, or what??

Last week I spoke to my staff about not wearing tank tops when we were moving( I am the boss). The night before we moved we had a pre-open house in which I dressed up with a skirt and nice tank top that matched it. My assistant director(below me) pulled me aside and asked why I thought I was above my own rules- i explained it was when we were moving only and she didn't have a point. Her argument is that if I require something of the staff then I should be willing to follow the same requirement. Here is then the conflict: our staff can not use their cell phones while they are working- the assistant director however is on her cell phone at least 8 to 10 times a day for 20 minutes or so at each call.

How do I explain it to her- she can not have it both ways either there are exceptions to the requirements for the administrative staff or there are not exceptions to the requirements?

She basically accused me of doing something one time when she has been continually doing this over the last 3 years.

I am fine with the exceptions- she just needs to realize that she has to have it one way or the other

I met this guy on line and we have been e-mailing and talking on the phone for a while now. I found myself liking him and the attraction was growing until we finally met this evening. There was no physical attraction there at all, after 2 1/2 hours we finally ended the date and he is suppose to call me Monday to go out. Do I just ignore his calls- be honest on the phone or be honest in an e-mail. Help

My co worker and I have a disagreement about this- she says the death penalty is the easy way out- I disagree since all I have read about it- it is very painful yet deserved. She is against the death penalty because they get off easy and do not have to suffer in prison- I believe if you murder someone in a vicious, violient and purposeful manner- you made your bed- you should die- especally cop killers and child rapist/killers
